Who I am?


Hello, my name is Rachel Collins. I am a certified trainer, yoga and meditation instructor, and nutrition coach and I have a clear mission:


To inspire people to a healthy lifestyle – far away from diets, prohibitions, and constraints.


Maybe you ended up here because you want to take better care of your body. Maybe your motivation is to feel better, lose weight, build muscle and strengthen your mindset.


I want you to know that I am aware that finding a healthy balance between all the challenges in life is not always easy. It is all the more important that you know that actual success is nothing more than the side effect of enthusiasm.


What it’s all about is the excitement. This is fertilizer for our brain and ensures that we lose the sparkle in our eyes when we want to change our lives.


You bring your goal with you. I’ll take care of the rest.


I started my blog “The Weight Loss Tips” (WLT) in February 2019. WLT informs and educates readers and visitors, and supports innovative programs.

I write about my fitness journey and educate my readers about multiple fitness, yoga, and meditation with tips from the “kitchen world”.


Testing the best weight loss programs, supplements, and much more.  Please, if you try some of my recommended programs or supplements, consult them individually with a health professional for specific health advice.
